منذ 5 سنوات In January, Elissa was a key speaker at the 2019 Dubai Health Forum to talk about her personal experience with fighting cancer. Among the things she mentioned was that she’ll be going under the knife once again on February 15th, 2019 to drain the swelling in her right hand which was the aftereffect of having 7% of her lymph nodes removed as part of her cancer treatment. This has caused water to build up throughout her body.
In one week, Elissa will go through with this surgery to remove the swelling that became clearly obvious in her right hand. While she’s still traveling from one country to another for scheduled performances and she’s staying strong throughout everything and fighting and she will stay strong as long as her belief in God and life is strong along with the support of her Lebanese and Arab fans throughout the world.
